You’ve moved the sofa three times. You’ve tried new pillows. You’ve saved a dozen inspiration photos. And somehow the room still doesn’t land.

That’s not a “you” problem. It’s usually a layout + editing + layering problem and it’s fixable quickly when someone with a trained eye makes the decisions.

Curate Home Edit FAQs

  • No. Curated Home Edit is intentionally designed to use what you already own. We “shop your home,” edit visual clutter, adjust furniture, art, and decor to create a space that finally feels pulled together.

If we see a few key pieces that would make a big impact, a better rug size, a lamp for softer lighting, a coffee table with the right proportions, we’ll suggest them as optional next steps so you can upgrade over time instead of feeling pressure to buy everything at once.

  • That’s exactly what Curated Home Edit is for. Many of our clients in Salt Lake City and Park City have good pieces but feel irritated every time they walk into a room. The couch is fine, the decor is fine, but the space still feels busy, off, or unfinished.

We identify what’s fighting the room, from layout and proportion to visual clutter and competing focal points, and restyle your existing furniture and decor to create a calmer, more cohesive, magazine-worthy feel.

You get to stop guessing, stop rearranging endlessly, and finally see your home with new eyes.

  • We typically focus on one main room, like a living room, family room, or bedroom, and may “borrow” decor or furniture from adjacent spaces.

The exact amount we can accomplish depends on your room size, how much editing is needed, and how many decisions you’d like support with.

Our goal is to leave you with a space that feels intentionally arranged, visually calmer, and much closer to “done,” so that when you walk in at the end of the day, you feel relief instead of stress.

  • Flat-rate starts at $600 and is priced depending on scope, room size, location, and other factors.

  • Curated Home Edit is currently available in:

    • Salt Lake City (including the Avenues, Sugar House, Millcreek, and Holladay)

    • Park City and nearby areas

    • From Ogden to Provo

If you’re just outside these areas and feeling stuck with a room that isn’t working, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible. In some cases, virtual styling or travel may be available.

  • You’re not alone. Most homes are a mix of styles, hand-me-downs, and impulse buys. Curated Home Edit is designed to work with real life, not a perfectly controlled showroom.

We listen to how you want the room to feel, then edit, group, and layer what you already own so it looks intentional instead of random.

If you’re sharing the space with a partner, family, or roommate, we aim for a balanced look that feels like everyone can exhale when they walk in.

  • Many clients treat Curated Home Edit as a first step. Once you see what’s possible with your existing pieces, you may want to:

    • Layer in a few strategic new items over time

    • Expand the styling to additional rooms

    • Move into full-service interior design or furnishings

When you continue the project with us, you’ll receive a discount/ credit on our services as you invest in new furnishings and deeper design support, so your home can keep evolving without losing the cohesive foundation we’ve built.
